  • WHAT KIND OF ACCOMMODATION WILL BE PROVIDED DURING THE HOLIDAY?

    All the accommodation we offer is disabled-friendly with essential accessibility features. For any special requirements, please let us know in advance so that any additional costs or arrangements can be made in time. Due to availability and a limited number of disabled friendly hotels/resorts, some of the advertised accommodation may not be available at your destination. In such cases, a similar category of accommodation will be provided.
  • CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE HOLIDAY WITH PRIVATE TRANSPORT AND ACCOMMODATION?

    Yes. You can request for a private holiday at the time of booking. Depending on the availability, we will make all the arrangements that you may require. All of our holiday packages are on a double occupancy basis, but a single room can be appointed to you at an additional cost.

    In some destinations we arrange shared group transfers due to the limited number of adapted vehicles available. When possible, you may be provided with a private vehicle for your entire or part of the holiday tour.

  • WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING?

    Some of the information that is required to confirm your booking includes: – Your complete name, as in passport, along with your complete address, date of birth and nationality.

    ○ Your passport number with its date of issue, validity period and the place at which it was issued.
    ○ Your visa number if you already have one.
    ○ Your land-line and mobile number.
    ○ Your arrival date along with your airline number and time of arrival if you have already made the booking.
    ○ Your departure date along with your airline number and time of departure if your departure is already planned.
    ○ Any specific requirements or special assistance that you may require during the trip. Please tell us if any mobility equipment is required during your trip.

  • WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF PAYMENT THROUGH WHICH I CAN MAKE A PAYMENT TO ABLE JOURNEYS?

    You can either transfer the amount online, or make an online payment through Debit/Credit card, Paypal or send a cheque or demand draft. If you have booked the tour package with us over the phone, then please use the booking reference number given to you and pay us by going to the ‘Make a Payment’ option on our website.
  • ARE MY PAYMENTS PROTECTED?

    All of your payments are placed in a trust account and 100% protected under our financial insurance policy.

  • CAN I BOOK JUST THE ACCESSIBLE TRANSPORTATION AND NOT THE COMPLETE TOUR?

    Yes, we have number of specially adapted vehicles in different destinations across the world. We provide you with a different type of vehicle along with an experienced and reliable English speaking driver. The cost of the vehicle will include the fuel, driver service, parking and toll charges.
  • CAN I BOOK JUST THE DISABLED FRIENDLY HOTEL AND NOT THE COMPLETE TOUR FROM YOU?

    Yes, you can book the hotel or resort of your choice that fits within your budget across several destinations. We can also make arrangements for big conferences and incentive spa packages. To find out more about hotels and bookings, please contact us using the enquiry form on our website.
  • WHO WILL MEET ME AT THE AIRPORT?

    An Able Journeys representative will meet you at the airport with a placard showing your name and Able Journeys’ logo, if you are in a group then the group’s name will be displayed.
  • HOW CAN I CUSTOMISE A TOUR TO MY PREFERENCES?

    If you wish to customise your tour then you need to complete the ‘Send Enquiry’ form on our website. Fill in the form with the places you wish to visit along with your arrival and departure date, number of people you will be travelling with, types of hotel required and any other special requirements. After we receive the necessary details, we will plan a tailor-made tour for you and get in touch.
  • WHERE DO I BUY AIR TICKETS? CAN I BUY AIR TICKETS FROM YOU?

    Yes, we offer the service to make flight arrangements for you through a third party. Able Journeys will not be held responsible to any failure at the airlines end or the third party handling flight bookings. However we suggest that before booking your ticket, it is always beneficial to check the availability of hotels and transport for your choice of dates. You may also choose to make your own flight arrangements after finalising the date and tour plan with us.
